- My mission is to help small to medium size businesses grow along with helping people struggling with their personal finances. When a company incorporates small business financial planning, it helps not only short-term but long-term.
- That's why I started Don The Money Man, LLC in 2025 after retiring from a 30+ year in real estate development and apartment property management. At one time I managed a staff of 22 and my team generated financials for over 160 properties.
- I was actively involved in the annual bidding for property , casualty, and umbrella policies, saving my employer in excess of $100,000 dollars my first year.
- I was also involved in reviewing employee benefits and providing the benefits and cost options to owners.
- Under my supervision we implemented various tax credit programs that resulted in the owners benefiting with well in excess of $1.5M dollars.
- I've been involved in applying for and closing in excess of $250M of development and apartment loans.
- I was involved in the budgeting for the company and for apartment complexes on an annual basis.
- In 2025 I also started Personal Financial Coaching to utilize my personal financial knowledge I've gained from a lifetime of learning finances. My goal to help people struggling with the "money in/money out and nothing left to show for it at the end of the month. As an individual or couples personal financial advisor and financial consultant, I can help them transform their financial situation.
