- Having failed in a business by NOT paying attention to my financials and cash flow I'm now passionate about helping businesses not make the same mistakes.
- My mission is to help small to medium size businesses keep their cash flow growing so they can stay in business. When a company incorporates small business financial planning, it helps not only short-term but long-term.
- That's why I started Don The Money Man, LLC in 2025 after retiring from a 30+ year in real estate development and apartment property management. At one time I managed a staff of 22 and my team generated financials for over 160 properties.
- I was actively involved in the annual bidding for property , casualty, and umbrella policies, saving my employer in excess of $100,000 dollars my first year.
- I was also involved in reviewing employee benefits and providing the benefits and cost options to owners.
- Under my supervision we implemented various tax credit programs that resulted in the owners benefiting with well in excess of $1.5M dollars.
- I've been involved in applying for and closing in excess of $250M of development and apartment loans.
- I was involved in the budgeting for the company and for apartment complexes on an annual basis.
