Before you invest or evaluate loaning money for a real estate property acquisition we can use our 30+ years in property development, property management, construction, and finance to provide due diligence services to you.
- a.We will thoroughly review the offering memorandum of a proposed real estate acquisition for you before you invest or loan money to the acquiring company.
- b.If the Offering Memorandum isn’t clear enough or needs more operational information before it can be evaluated properly we will go to the Company wanting to do the acquisition. We then tell them the additional information you’ll probably need to make an investment or loan decision.
- c.Once the additional information is provided we will present it to you for your evaluation with our suggestions.

We work with a London based wealth management firm that has clients wanting to invest in US Companies.
- a.It can be a regular business investment or for real estate apartment property acquisition.
- b.They are interested in deals from $5M to over $200M+ to loan funds for 5 year terms, possibly to 7 years.
- c.Their loan interest rate is extremely low but with the stipulation they can take a minority interest in the business at some point in the future if they desire to.
- d.Another requirement is a Surety Bond for the loan amount with annual premiums to guarantee the loan amount is repaid.
Ongoing Asset Management of Your Investment or Loan
If you make an investment and want us to be your Asset Manager we are able to provide that service to you. Monthly fees would be determined based on the size of your investment.
